PLIA President Hans Loozekoot was the guest speaker and inducting officer during the PSIM Reunion and Induction of Officers for 2019-2020, held on June 5, 2019 at the Milky Way Café, Makati City.
The Philippine Society of Insurance Medicine (PSIM) is a medical organization composed of Medical Directors, Assistant or Associate Medical Directors and Medical Officers or Consultants of the different insurance companies in the country. It is an affiliate society of the Philippine Medical Association (PMA).
In his speech, Hans talked about trends and disruptive changes happening in the marketplace. He also acknowledged the efforts that the PSIM has been undertaking to help uplift the technical knowledge and competency of the industry’s home office underwriters.
