As part of PLIA’s annual commemoration of Insurance Consciousness Week that is observed every month of October, a Red Cross co-partnered blood-letting was held on 3 October 2019 at the Function Hall of the Institute for Asia and the Pacific, BPI-PHILAM Life Bldg., Ayala Avenue, Makati City.
Most PLIA member companies participated with their donating employees alternately scheduled for processing.
This enables PLIA to regularly donate gathered blood to the Red Cross which leads PLIA to be recognized as an active institutional donor
